You pay for 3G ($20-30 a month)

You are an Apple Slave again due to your ignorance.

Everyone- YES you still have to pay for songs even if you buy them via iPod Touch. Just because you have an iPod Touch doesn't mean you get some kind of discount on songs.

yea its built in WI-FI connection so that where ever u go(except deserts) you can use the internet. and for the scratch resistent im pretty sure that the touch screen is sratch resistence as for the back i dont think so because the back is the same as the ipod video back....yeep scratches lol

well, it depends. it uses wifi (wireless internet, like wifi hotspots). some wifi areas charge, others are free. it's sort of like cell phone reception, but free. sometimes it's there, sometimes not.
