  • I admire u for sticking to it! it's not easy to lose weight. Your body is going thru so much stuff... but you're lookin mighty fine! ;)

  • Just now catching up with this... big difference from when you first started! I hated weighing every week when I was on my weight loss program (I've completely fallen off THAT wagon, :( boo) but I hung in there and lost about 45lbs. You're doing great- keep it up!!!

    I found that focussing on why I was trying to eat healthily and exercise...for my health and because it made me feel and look better, rather than the weight number motivated me much more. Looking at the numbers is stressful, discouraging even, but focussing on the real reason for changing my diet did keep me motivated to continue a healthy lifestyle.Then I WANTED to do it. You sound like you've changed your lifestyle for the better, so just keep that up.

  • There's a noticeable difference since day 1. I've got a progression of almost daily pictures that I'll put together at the end of it all... :)

  • Stress can definitely make your body hold onto weight, so good call. You're lookin' good, glad to see you're still at it. Have you tried running or jogging? That really takes the weight off.

  • I don't last long when I jog... maybe a few minutes :)

  • Maybe you should try and get that up a few more minutes.
