  • wow p 90x must really work your hot for a 40 year old definent milf!

  • Hope the change is easy to transition for you! You can do it :)

  • Sexy, keep working hard and dont give up! Those pictures are proof of hard work that you earned dont let it go to waste.

  • Hawt.. I'm 14. I'm doing P90X, pretty fun, haha.

  • So hot!Keep up good work!

  • Again..P90X is not a weight loss product. It is a fitness program.

  • best wishes amiencc

    stay encouraged!

    k

  • It's not a weight loss product. It's a fitness product. Meant to get you fit. You are supposed to have a certain baseline of fitness already before you even start this program. It is NOT for beginners or terribly overweight people. My point is to show that women can use this program without bulking up or leaning out too much. and I'm not 'endorsing' anything. I love P90X, it got me an awesome body.

  • you said its not for terribly overweight people. yet i saw on the infomercial an overweight man who is after 1 or 3 years of using P90X he is really lean and cut. dont say its not for terribly overweight people. as long as you put your mind and heart into ANYTHING, you will succeed.

  • And I stand by that. It is *NOT* designed for terribly overweight people. It IS a very challenging program. The people on that infomercial did not get to that point through P90X alone. I know a good majority of those people on the infomercial, and they all started with another program, typically P90, and spent several years losing the weight *before* beginning P90X to get cut. You can do whatever you put your mind to, but you have to do it the right way or you will hurt yourself.

  • you looked stunning before and after so im sure you will be fine at the end of this one

  • what car accident?

  • which program on p90x do you recommend for women?

  • do the lean program, its for losing weight more so then the other ones which are more for building muscles

  • umm u were fine before

  • your SEXYY :)

  • What was wrong with you before. u look great before the p90x.... lol.

  • The funny thing about that wagon you fell off... it's a very long wagon. It's always just clattering on by, and all you have to do is get up and hop back on it!

  • keep up the good work girl!!!

  • Your kind of in the same status I am. 3 yrs ago I was in great shape then fell of the wagon for various reasons. I'm on day 2 of p90x and can't wait to get back in shape!!! Good luck to you too!!!

  • GoodNESS you got sexy!

  • whoa 12 hours a day? your beast lol

  • youre way hot

  • way to go, girl. i'm really proud of you. i like that you look toned but not buff. in order to do that with p90x do you do the easier option, the medium or the hardest option? or does it not make a difference?

  • Absolutely incredible!! You still pushin' play?

  • Wow.... looking good

  • Hubba, Hubba, you look great. Keep going with P-90x, Chalean, Hip Hop or whatever because they has clearly worked for you. I wish you the very best in life.

  • mmm... mmmm.. mmmmmmmmmmm...

  • Sorry to hear about your accident. I am glad to see you are back on P90X ( Awesome program). I would love to see if you are interested in sharing your success story with others and working with (Beachbody) and Tony Horton possibly as well. Message me if you are. My name is Benjamin Patrick

  • I love the strapless dress you are wearing....just curious where you got it?

    ~M~

  • You look great!! Sorry about the accident. Just watch your own video and that should help motivate you. Good luck!

  • you have done great, cant wait to see the new results.

  • all i can say is WOW!

  • Dayum!! You look great. I have have to laugh when I think about the guy who you broke it off with ( Its was a guy right?) . He has to be kicking himself and be thinking " Do over". Good luck and continue on, great results.

  • wow you look well hot in all the pics!! Great work. Although I don't believe in Chronic depression - why do you never hear the phrase 'Chronic happiness'??.

  • you're smoking hot all the way through from day 1. I'm trying to understand this P90x thing.. I do 2 hrs a day workout with 4 days at home. went from 120 lbs to 140lbs with weight gainers and eight like crazy. I am 5'4" high metabolism and hereditary short weight. always been tiny though. what would p90x do for me? since maybe I'm going the opposite direction not trying to lose it, trying to gain it..?? (and in Canada)

  • I read your comment and I must say P90X will get you ripped. If you continue taking wieght gainers, adding protien to your diet and doing 8 to ten reps of each exercise...you will add muscle mass. P90x is so different...you will get results.

  • I was hoping you guys can tell me the three phase of this program and which cd's to start with

  • 2 hours a day!! that's way too much

  • I love how in week one the first 2 workouts are the mother of all the workouts. Because by friday your hoping for a distant 2nd cousin lol

  • i am down 50 lbs but i keep falling off the wagon too keep bringing it

  • Wow you look amazing! Regardless of what program you're on!!!

  • i think you looked great before an even after... but hey do what makes you feel good

  • looks nice before and after ;)

  • you seem to be nice and you are absolutely beautiful in ALL of the pictures. well, good luck and i think u'll be really successful ; )

  • Keep up the good work...looking forward to you next update video!

  • dont give up and I hope you are doing better.

  • Thanks! I"m actually on week 2 of ChaLEAN Extreme right now and getting incredible results!! Exercise is a great depression buster.

  • I watched your video before I read the comments, and this was exactly what I was going to tell you. Exercise and activity will make you confident about yourself and help drive down any depressing feelings. Keep it up hottie :)

  • Clinical depression is a highly misunderstood illness. I am very confident about myself and have a nice life. It has nothing to do with self-esteem issues. Exercise can help clinical depression, but it never truly be 'solved'. It is a lifetime affliction. Situational depression is something that can be worked through...clinical depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain that can be compensated for, but it will always exist. Very few non-sufferers really 'get' it...

  • you are beautiful in all of those pictures.

  • aww thanks :)

  • [0.39]

    wtf, u r sooooooo sexy.........

  • You looked fantastic to begin with, looked amazing post the workout, and am sure you're still hot. I hope you can get back into it if that's what you want, but you're seriously fit so I wouldn't sweat it too much. Seriously.

  • The proof is in the pictures! Staying fit/healthy should keep you out of depression and anytime you think about falling/getting off/on the wagon (Seinfeld) - just look back at your old pictures! Can't wait to see those 90 day pics!

  • Nice results as well.

I've found running every other day with a 20lb vest + p90 6 days a week = Perfect for me.

  • I do miss running! I kept getting shin splints that never got any better, so I had to give it up, but I just started ChaLEAN Extreme and that actually gives me my energy fix! How's your P90X going??

  • Great progress! I hope you can get back to it and take care!
