Don't have any boost spikes or anything with it? Cuz I got a no name adjustable actuator I'm about to put on, gonna set it to 13lbs also. Hope all goes well, ima get a boost gauge to keep an eye on it lol
@Dedos702 I haven't experienced any spikes. 13 psi is fun, but at high rpm for me on a T25 it will taper down to 11 psi. I have since upgraded to a T28 and 17 psi :)

engine set cost me 1500
misc stuff to complete the swap such as rad, air filter, fmic, bov, and boost controller cost me around 1000
So I guess around 2500 if you do everything yourself
