  • I bought the ridgid drill combo kit and radio. After 6 months the batteries quit. I sent them out for replacement and it's been two years and I'm still waiting. And today the radio quit, despite being a plug-in.

    I'll never buy another ridgid tool, for the high price, you get NO quality or customer support.
