The martial arts he teaches is not practical in real life at all and guess what? a lot of what he teaches is derived straight from Japanese ninja anime cartoons. He's a joke, but IF he accepted every1's comments on his videos, I would have respected him 200 times more. I don't think Greg is trying to pass himself off as a historian; he is more of a charismatic figure, so if he makes a comment about history or a generalization, then I would say take it as an expression of his character, it might be quirky, why not.

However, one think is certain. The way he picks and chooses what he wants to hear; "You're an idiot; you're blocked." is really miserable. I disagree with a lot of the attacks on him, but ultimately his own fear and anger is his worst critic.
