That maybe true and yes they currently have a A+ rating with BBB. However, I've seen quite a few complaints. Important to file a complaint with the BBB, if your issue isn't being taken serious.

Just like with any other company, its most important to read the terms and carefully before using a service.

They can say the service is paved with gold, the legal terms, make the final decision.

WebHostingPad put limitations on how you can use their service that's why they suck and they quit their membership with the Better Business Bureau which had a good rating at the time.

Always read their terms, before assuming everything is unlimited.
