I'm still trying to find out the sources of some of these instrumentals they used, mainly the Jimmy McGriff tune used here after Ray Charles "Here We Go Again." & it would be cool to find the instrumental backing to the "certain ethnic" skits-the sax waltz, the uptempo accordion...

Does anyone have the skit where they lip synched to 'The Great Pretender' by The Platters? The song was way before my time, but that skit actually made me a fan of their music.

@Larrymh07 I agree-only saw it 2x. Classic & hard to come by. It was before my time too, & the 1st time I heard the song was that skit & my Dad said that it was popular when he was dating my Mom. I heard the Platters version a few years later. (the H&BC version was someone else I found out seeing the 2nd time)
