@jeffreymaloney i got them from my local compounding pharmacy. My protocol has helped me considerably when i stick with it. My routine has been a bit inconsistant lately & i can surely feel a difference. OIY!
I love the Pekana products. My LLMd started Rx'ing them with my abx a couple years ago, there is one for everything..even anxiety. I do many of the same stuff you are doing exactly right down to the brands and ph strips. Thanks for your video and really good info. Hoping and praying it pays off for you.
Thank you! Much appreciated. Hope you are doing well on your protocols! I have had a bit of a hiccup in my protocol 7 am having to deal with some gallbladder issues lately before i start back up with another protocol. *sigh*
WOW! You take SOOOOOO much. How do you juggle all of that in one day? I don't take as much as you and I have trouble taking it all in one day. Sometimes I am not able to take all my vitamins because I feel like I don't have enough time in the day.
Thanks for watching & commenting. I wish you much success with the natural approach. I think it is a much less toxic approach to us Lymies who are already overly toxic in the first place. Keep up the fight!
Thanks! I'm glad you liked the video. I hope it helps you in seking/finding stuff that helps you in treating your Lyme. I'm glad you finally found out what disease you REALLY have...now, hopefully you can get treated correctly and get better soon! Good luck with the EMEM machine...i really hope this helps you!
Yeah, it is a full time job & even more difficult to keep up with when you have brain fog. Lately, i have to force myself to eat since my stomach feels like crap and i'm just not hungry & too tired to cook or do much. Thanks for watching & commenting. How are you doing?
where do you get your boxes to organize your pills
also: is your protocol working?

Thanks for the insight into your routine.
Alot of the stuff you mentioned eating has
sugar, the vanilla goat yogurt, the rice milk,
the hemp shake for instance. And Juices
are very high sugar which set up an environment
for yeast. Just fyi. I eat the same goat yogurt but
plain, and goat cheeses are great too.
If you are going to do sugar, even if natural it's best
to do protein first to offset the sugar effects...
Hang in there!

It is a HUGE pain in my arse! It is my full-time job, popping pills. Ugh! I pretty much feel like a slave to the pills/supplements, etc...

That's amazing you keep up with all that stuff!

Wow! Great job showing us what you are doing right now for Lyme and co's.
I've had Lyme for almost 13 years and recently found out (was misdiagnosed with CFS in 1998) that I have it.
I'm trying to do natural too right now, so I appreciate your video.
I'm getting an EMEM machine soon!
Keep up the great work, hope you are seeing improvements!

More proof that dealing with illness is a full-time job in itself! Hope all is well with you. Will write more later. Up too late (as usual). :)
