Seth is known to ramble sometimes, a lot of people who are interviewed do. Look at some of the interviews like on E, or any entertainment news interviewing celeberties and watch how they edit and cut certain parts, you'll notice they cut it because they answered the qustion but they begin to ramble on, interviewers only have so much time and film.
