resistance three will take place 4 years after resistance 2. the storyline is that the guy who kills Nathan Hale is one of the remaining three million surviving human survivors. food is running out and people have been forced to turn to cannibalism for food.the guy and his friends are traveling ti cities like New York and eventually meets Malikov, the Russian scientist. so the storyline seems really good.

unfortunately the game comes out next september.

i cant wait till it comes out.

@105t50u15 Actually, his face is pretty similar to the R3, he has just aged about 4 years and lost a shitload of weight, which made his face a lot thinner. The fact he has hair and stubble now, along with the gold eyes also make things different. He still has the scar on the cheek, you just can't see it in the screenshot.

But I agree with you thinking that it's Grayson, I don't think characters can grow a lot of hair and lose a lot of their strength in a matter of months (Capelli was very strong, he carried a wraith.)

@Charlesmeister There is a very good chance that R3 could be quite a few years after R2, remember, the army was pretty much broken in 2. Capelli could have lost his muscle mass over time and grown his hair out easily. Seems to me that he is pretty much a stranded survivor like an average citizen, no more army support means he has let himself go.

@Charlesmeister If he indeed is Grayson, it'd be much cooler that the game would be located back in Europe like it did in Resistance 1 and Retribution. Grayson is, after all, an British army lieutenant. Besides the guy in the video doesn't look anything like Capelli.

@OnlyLifeMatters The Gameinformer November issue featuring Resistance 3 is out and it has confirmed that R3 is in 1957 and the main character is Capelli.

He has aged in 4 years since R2 and has started a family with Susan, Nathan Hale's foster sister and has a very young son.

From the looks of it, it has been quite a few years since R2, and Capelli has lost much of his muscle and he seems to be in his mid 30's.
