You can't put animals together in a cage and expect that to be some type of rehabilitation method,they just learn how to get better at there crimes.We need to start another Australia and just drop them all off on that Island with PT boats and century to keep them from getting off.

It looks like Deputes need to be physically fit and need to be enclosed in a control room type set-up.
Shouldn't he have been armed with a mace gun...like most CDC guards or county sheriff deputies working jail?
