heey man that´s a really good rutine, well it´s not too risky like the one you do in parallel bars, for example with that kind of dismount you do you can do maybe kovacs, i can do it, it´s really easy.
ok first get on strap bar and learn to tap your giant late wher you feel suspensed in air kinda thing if you have bail to moy support on pbars then jus use that same pump then get to highbar start chunking them in the pit dont work on grabbing just work on flight if possible land on your stomach to imitate the the grab then get closer and closer witha a later tap n you got it
