Phineas and Ferb rippes off Kim Possible. Doesn't anybody notice? That episode that everybody wears their clothes is exactly as KP's episode Kimmitation Nation. SAME. and what about: Dr. D villain, main couple is a blond and a red head, Jim and Tim = Phineas and Ferb, Kim = Candace (teenager agent, WTH!?), Perry=Rufus, Vanessa=Shego, tri-city area. What up with that?
