It is Ruby Jane. I think she was 14 years old then, and she held her own on that stage of great legends. She was awesome. Had a Willie headband on, and you could tell she knew what an awesome place on stage she was standing in.
I was wondering who the femaie fiddler was next to Jason Roberts. Then about 2:53 I saw her bopping about and her head nodding in time and I'm pretty sure it's Ruby Jane Smith. I can't see her face, but the dancing, bopping and head nodding sure looks like her.
