@lehacarpenter Yes, the beef should be grilled over a flame, but this is an acceptable alternative if you only have a small kitchen to work in. Be sure the pan is very hot so the outside of the meat is well seared while leaving a little pink in the middle of the cut. I think the example in the video came out pretty well.
