He is playing his own unique version of 'King of the Fairies'. You will have to reproduce the tune by ear as I doubt whether the music is written down in any form. He is using piper fingering on a low D whistle. It looks to be an 'Overton' like instrument (?) and it has a lovely mellow tone to it. The song is not easy to play as it seems to be in an unusual key. I think key of A (F,G,C sharpened) Hope this helps a little.

it's actually not too hard. you can get a small, high-pitched whistle for around 12 bucks in music stores, and they'll have instructional booklets with them.

Learning to play them WELL is the hard part. :/

And man, I wish I could play like this! I'd loooove to have a low whistle! they sound so much better then the basic beginner's high-pitched whistle!
