Okay, why does it matter how he tells his friends? If he makes any good choices in friends, they'll understand. Furthermore not all male dancers are gay. Check out the movie/musical Billy Elliot.

If someone has the kind of friends who're not comfortable with males dancing ballet, may be it's time to change the scene and the friends. @ZZZ99913Chain turns are easier (use them to help practice spotting)find a spot on the wall(ur destination) & chan turn the whole way there, sport ur head as fast as fast as u can, but focus more on spotting than the turns its self. do this over and over again untill ur used to the motion of ur head turning w/ur body, it helped me ALOT, good luck! :)

It's best to know how to do pirouettes and jumps evenly both these days, since most corps de ballet work for men is Right-Side oriented. If you are a soloist or Principal, however, it doesn't matter as much.
It's from the Palladio suite by Karl Jenkins. But be warned, any cellists who play this will find it dull and uninteresting (just in case). Though the end product sounds lovely
