Just so people know, you should NEVER practice serves like this. Always practice returning to READY POSITION after every serve. You have to do it in a game, so you have to do it in your practice too.

-check out some of the training the pros do. they don't always return to the ready position. Returning to the ready position is good but it wastes time and energy thats not necessary. If you can't remember to get to the ready position in a match... your a dumbass anyway.
