How can I do timelapse with my powershot a 540?
I have downloaded CHDK for it and I am now in the menu. It says "extra photo operations" in the top of the menu.
Please help. Please link!

@Searchinganswers download this script ( chdkDOTwikiaDOTcom/wiki/Countdown_Intervalometer) and save it as "Intervalometer. bas" to your /CHDK/SCRIPTS/ folder on the sd card

@Searchinganswers a ok! Do you see that code on the bottom of the page in that gray box?? If you do,open new text document and paste that code,then go to save as -> intervalometer.bas and place it on your sd card in folder scripts,then find it on your camera and take your pictures:) hope it is helpful...sorry for my bad english

Great set of videos, and it should have more views indeed :)
One question, if you're timelapsing 5000+ shots (something like a 3 minute video on 24 fps), will your batteries make it?
I was thinking of trying things like locking focus and turning off the display on my G7.
