  • It sounds a bit like "Boogie woogie" stomp by Albert Ammons

    But it sounds good :)

  • I agree with freakyhead20. This could potentially be a very good boogie, you've got the right technique and very good skill but you just need to get that rhythm and timing sorted out. In your reply to freakyhead20's comment you said you have no rhythm, if you want to improve your rhythm I recommend you listen to as much Boogie Woogie as you can - particularly Albert Ammons and Pete Johnson - to try and get the feel of Boogie Woogie.

  • i think every boogie has its own mood, i have been playing piano for a long time, well i am 15 so not over 8 years, and only realised i taught myself boogie woogie until a few months ago. i love watching others play and this is good, i am just browsing all the piano vids, some are fabulous, especially the old ones.

  • It's just one advise I think to you..Keep the swing going and the rythm. It's like sometimes you speed up and slow down or is that the way is should be played? It's not something critical but just an advise :D bye

  • Well, it's a stress boogie.. hehe. i've only played boogie for a year now, i have no rythm! Yes in one place the boogie slows down a bit and thats how it's ment to be played. i'm writing a new boogie, to replace this one. this boogie sucks anyway ^^
