I know nobody will believe this but the model at :37 was a freshman while I was a senior in High School. She had a huge crush on me and would wear my jersey number she had made up on a T-shirt. She was the typical dorky girl, big glasses, braces, skinny, no proportion to her body at all. We were good friends all through my senior year. Yes, but she was a late to grow it. Her Seveteen magazine appearances in the early part of the decade show Whitney with hair that was short, especially for the time. Her hair was VERY SHORT when she recorded her first album, and it shows on the album cover. Sometime in 1985, that HUGE HAIR really blossomed like a cherry tree.
