@ccotunai This song is about the wars the United States was fighting in 2007 in Afghanistan and Iraq. "Come home safely" refers to the soldiers that are fighting for their country. The "Blood in our hands" lyric indicates that America isn't really that innocent as far as starting wars, and the title implies that we can give justice, but we have to have an equal amount of mercy to give as well. "This is where they kiss" shows people that are "kissing and making up"
