it is, i worked on the movie, i was one of the animators. dog fur changes, like dalmations get there spots after a few months, his bridge and alues ears change in the movie

There was a third, but it heavily lacked a decent story line and in my opinion was a big let-down from the first two. I would advise seeing it to know what me and others are saying.
