@juuseli Actually, I just did the math! That an efficiency of 1,387 gallons per mile! (Plus 15,767 Mentos) At $1.70 each for the coke, and at $.99 each for a roll of 24 mentos, that's a total cost of $5,577 per mile, amigo!

lighten the vehicle, powder the menthos , put the coke in custom containment unit with outlets designed to increase pressure and then overcarbonate the soda before using. through injection of co2 .On release , Build Pressure for a few seconds then release the outlets against a solid wall . It should go faster then

Graphite lube the axles and for every 3 or 4 bottles, funnel them into 1 exhaust tube. Should be able to increase pressure per tube without causing seal ruptures or bottle explosions. Oh, and devise a collar (don't forget to graphite it too) that will fall into place when the pins are removed too!
