When I editied the video through Windows Movie maker, I used the effects and choose speed up, double and draged it down on to my clip. I hope this helps!

I used, heat and stick powder, heat it with your heat gun until it melts the cover with dazzling diamonds, tap of excess glitter and heat again with the heat gun for a few seconds to set and your done and the sparkle is sooooooo pretty lol!

Hi there! I love this technique...this one turned out beautifully. I've never tried it with regular cardstock, just glossy....but seeing as how yours turned out great with regular whisper white I will definitely start using it as well!! Beautiful card!!
