  • I live in a motorhome and feeding a 460 ford at 6.2 MPG is hurting my butt big time!! I would like to play with this concept. Do you think it is possible to create enough hydrogen from a 5kw generator to feed a 460 ford soley on hydrogen? The genset burns 1 gallon per hour at full load.

  • what was your fuel economy without the setup?

  • I can see your toes at 2:18.. yummy..

  • hydrogen idoest burn but it explode,,,if you make a mistake even how slight it is it would cause explosion,,,very dangerous

  • do you have to tune it?

  • Here something to consider with adding hho porting to your intake. There is less vaccum at the entering head of the manifold. I found this out when doing this to my car there was no vaccum what so ever at idel only at high rpm on tube in plenum. Air box is the way to get good vaccum on your cell to bring in the hydrogen. I think it is the venturi effect that makes vacuum high at box top side. Also be carful drain cleaner will eat aluminum heads on engine blocks. Good Luck!

  • Pass the word...BE CAREFUL WITH DRAIN OPENER!!! If you add aluminum you've got a pressure bomb full of acid, not a toy folks, seriously.

  • nice install - what were your results of your mileage tests?

I look forward to seeing more vids.

    Keep up the good work.

    :)

  • very nice!

  • Nice Setup!

  • DON"T USE SODIUM HYDROXIDE!... is will eat up the aluminum... use potassium hydroxide or baking soda

  • Actually if you have a good bubbler this is not a problem.

A bubbler w/ water & vinegar will remove the naoh residue from your gas and get rid of any steam from your hydroxy (some folks think their cells produce a lot of hyroxy but forget that some of what they are measuring is steam).

    just something to think about.

    :)

  • I am curious if you have made any mods to your camry because I have an 97 camry with a 2.2lt which went from 26mpg avg low to 18mpg with no mods.A loss of 8mpg?

  • WARNING: Don't use ABS or PVC for you generator. It's fine for the bubbler though. It crapped up my plates big time with brown gunk that came off from the ABS. I thought ABS was rated at like 150C, but other sites I see suggest that its only rated at 80C, and boiling point is 100C. My cells were getting a little hot, and so the side walls of the ABS pipe started "taking a crap" on my plates. Now I have everything taken apart, and need to find a better container...

  • I have had that same problem. my previous container was destroyed by heat.I was using the hho generator to fill a balloon. I used abs for the container and had a termometer in the cell. i used 2 ts of salt. then the temp began to rise to 170'f.causing the batt terminals to melt then they fell away into the generator.before that I had the wire running into the generator, into the plates 8gauge wire.

  • the pressure in the generator caused the water and the electrolyte to pipe out of the wires.and it was squirting water all over my battery, and clips.

  • then you added too much solution - iow its too full and you didnt compensate for the bubbles - I did that too.

    ;)

  • that was on my old setup when I ran my wires inside the generator now I have terminals I clip on to to fix the problem

  • salt is a terrible electrolyte - go w/ naoh (or koh). watch my vid called "salt, bs and naoh" where I test & compare salt, baking soda & naoh. Results are very clear which is better.

The reasons for most meltdowns is loose connections, too light a gauge of steel for terminal straps, too high of voltage across plates (should be 1.5 - 2 volts; any more is wasted & creates heat), & too high a concentration of caustic solution (which draws more amps = more heat).

    just something to think about.

  • And we have results! - Average MPG 26MPG. - Distance traveled: 38.9 miles - Gallons of fuel used: 1.11 - Miles per gallon: 35.045 - % increase from average: 34% - Best non-HHO recording: 28.7MPG - % increase from best MPG: 22% - Warm Generator temp: 160F+ - Hose temperature: 120-180F - Cold amp draw: 8-10A - Warm amp draw: 18A - Distilled water: 600ml per gen - Sodium Hydroxide: 2.5ml per gen - Comments: Need water trap, need to cool down generators.
  • Did you need to reset the cars computer? Are you using an efie?

  • @asusreviews WELL SAID ..... GOOD JOB !!!

  • Nice install.

  • Thanks. I've watched some of your videos... when are you ever going to do an install? You seem to have a number of designs, and of them work well yet?

  • I only got my Scanguage yesterday. Now I am just waiting for TS Fay to move further away.

Its a bit too windy and rainy for my taste to do an install right now.
