If this is petrol, which by the sounds it is, that way off. In the UK, Stage 3 is up to 300bhp with a ko3 hybrid turbo.

I myself have a 2007 Seat Ibiza Fr running stage 2 which is 244bhp (at the fly) and 222bhp at the wheels. Yes I know its a dyno lottery but still.
