It's a game where you find the differences in pictures, and circle them. Doesn't look too fun to me...

That's what it looks like, but I never thought they'd actually make a video game like that. Pointless.
Well first, in Japan, Keroro is featured as a kiddie show. The focus in the TV show is completely different than the comic book, which was for teens.
Second though, and much more acceptingly, notice the timer. It looks like a Keroro version of WarioWare. ^^ I hope that's what it is.
