Purikura is so cool!!!

I've only done purikura in San Francisco but its actual purikura booths imported from Japan~! I'm sure its a lot more fun in Japan, though, where there's a lot more booths to choose from, huh? Well, from what I've experienced so far- its fun!!

I think it's worth noting that the machine automatically makes you eyes bigger and your face paler as to make you more 'cute'. This is bad news for gaijin who always end up coming out looking like something from the circus.

It's interesting though...in the UK the girls are all turning into pitbulls. There is a trend of trying to look and act as hard as the boys. In fact, there has be a large increase in alcohol and violence related crimes and arrest in teenage girls. I am sure there must be something culturally deep as to why that is but I'll be damned if I can figure it out.
