The comments in this video are bullcrap. Fire and rescue vehicles can clearly be seen approaching in the video. Firefighters don't just show up by magic. Once notified, several minutes are needed to don gear, get into vehicles, and drive to accident location. That's true anywhere in the world, just as accidents happen elsewhere as well (no country is immune). The firefighting equipment didn't look all that "outdated" either.
