Tooth paste has baking soda in too, i sprinkle abit of baking soda on tooth paste that protects tooth enamel :)

I've actually made baking POWDER and it's not just for when you don't have baking soda. It's a mix of baking soda and tartaric acid, and there's TWICE the amount of tartaric acid then baking soda. If you use a pinch of baking powder instead of baking soda, it won't whiten your teeth. At all.

I tried this. Didnt work. Im different from lots of people, other people's teeth are just yellow and they can just use white stripes or brush them but ME my ENAMEL is YELLOW instead of white like everybody else. So no matter how long I brush, it will just stay yellow. So I begged my mom (im twelve) to take me to the dentist and get them bleached, So I hope that works :)

It's terrible to use baking soda! It kills the enamel on your teeth because it is in its unstable form. Same thing with hydrogen peroxide. I really recommend using Crest Whitestrips (just the cheap ones) because it is safe on your enamel, it delivers professional results, and it works sooooo well! These products are dentist recommended! :D

it's actual fine to use baking soda on your teeth just dont do it too often. Drinking soda is way worse than using baking soda on your teeth, people have been using it whiten their teeth for forever. fluoride is way worse than baking soda

Baking soda isn't dangerous to use at all. People have used in by itself back in the day. My mom used to use it twice a day by itself everyday when she was growing up. She still has all her teeth. So no real need to use in moderation to be honest...

Don't do this often, because baking soda is harder than tooth enamel. While it is scratching off yellow stains, it also scratches your precious enamel. Over time this can make teeth even yellower!
