For ramps, I suggest controlling the lane way before you reach the ramp, let cars who like to take the ramp wait behind, pass the ramp, and take the shoulder if you need to.
I'm curious why you think a group of cyclist should filer up through traffic and position themselves in front of the lead car when there is no bike box. About one minute into the video. Most cycling skills instructors would say not to filter up, but take a proper position in the lane at the light. There is no real advantage to filtering up, when more than likely that car will have to pass you after the intersection anyway.
It depends, even if cars pass you after a trafic light, in urban areas, it is more likely that you would pass the car at the next traffic light. it is actually no sense at all to pass a cyclist sometimes.
