@TheDuerder this is how in USA people do. They learned to trust to light so much, that they don't need to verify them. This "system" is both great and awfull.

This is why I stopped watching Fringe to be honest....why would someone walk into the middle of the road without looking, just because the sign said walk? When the green man lights on here, I always look at the road I am about to cross.
