Actually you can tell quite clearly that it is a neon light that is rigged into that stove. The "flesh" left stuck onto the coil is also too gooey to be real.

Dude, it's very obviously fake. You can see that the smoke comes out of a hole in the bottom of the "stove" and that it's really just a neon light.
