is the group of red plants colled scarlet temple plant? I like this plant but mine is not doing anything.

Hello partyonman1959 - that plant is:
Alternanthera reineckii, Red Temple, yes. Very easy to grow. I've taken so many cuttings off that plant and have planted all my tanks with the cuttings.
