It's not really a tree people -_- i've been there before. There's just lights going up to the top of the statue on top of that huge pillar....

It's a monument. Lights are hung from the top of it. :)

I have no idea, and I am not sure, that is just what they say every year on the local news before the first lighting of the lights on monument circle downtown. :)

naaaaaaah NEW YORK CITYS is the biggest tree i ever seen. however that one is large as well LOL anyways...PRETTY downtown area!

I have been there for the 2002 and 2005 Star Wars conventions (of course). There was steam always pouring out of the manhole covers downtown. It was hilarious that for two of my friends it was their first time in America and I tried to tell them steam doesn't come out of the ground here. Godzilla must live under the streets of Indy.

I love the center of Indy...love driving down there. I usually am not a large city driver but Indy I dont mind driving around at all. Last time I was through there was just before New Years this past year and it was freakishly warm and Tilman and I were on a roadtrip.
