the device and the channels looks ok. the only good thing is netflix. should have put better channel.shame on Roku. Apple TV might be better because u get a Itunes on device with thousands of pod cast every day much better plus you get netflix. down turn to Apple Tv is it dose not support regular RCA. but it Supports HD RCA. so if u have older tv with older RCA it will not under stand the HD RCA Y/Pb/Pr
Had the Roku for a few days now and should be stated by all the reviews about the hours of time needed to set up many channels and need to have the computer on to get and set many channels with access codes.
@trek1200233 My did you get riped off...Didnt you know your goverment is caping the usage of the bandwidth it takes to run ur Roku...Your going to see your internet bill will be based on how much bandwidth you use and its comming into effect within 3 months so when they do expect to shit your pants when you get your net bill...Netflix is getting hit the hardest
Netflix is awesome!! Also check out some cool private channels on Roku too...YouTube( code B8VVK), Christian Video Pix christian/gospel music videos (code DKHAU), Pub-D-Hub Classic Films (code ZFJB5), and more!
I didn't know this device was out. I just did a Google search on The Roku Player. I would like to get the HD+ for 129.99. I like this better than the Apple Tv also to watch my Fav podcasts in HD is a plus. This next to my Xbox 360 will be great.
Thanks! This video answers my question about what the TWiT.tv Roku channel is like on Roku!
I'll be purchasing one in the UK when they become available at the end of January!

Great video Michael. I've really been thinking about getting a Roku player. This answered a lot of my questions.
