I think this might be me (Michael Vosbein) playing drums but I'm not sure. I played on this band quite a bit during this period and remember Dick and Dale being in the band. The bass player could have been a student of John Clayton's named Ron something or other and the guitar player could have ben Charlie Steen, who I recommended. The rehearsals were in a two story walk-up in a hell hole in Hollywood, but the band was always good and a lot of fun. Anyone heard from Mark?

Don't forget Trombonists Ron Christian (2nd from left) and Dave Woodley (far right).
Wonder who's playing in the sax section - they didn't seem to make it into view...

Ye. He's my brother. He and I were on that band together for a while. Who are you?

Michael - are you related to bass player Terry Vosbein? I played with Terry on the Glenn Miller Orchestra at this same time period (early 1980's).

Any more of these out there? Mark Masters had one of the best Kenton-influenced bands.
