Never buy COTD's mystery item. I bought once, all rubbish in it, and they told there would be 3 items in a box but I only received 2. I emailed them then, and they asked me to provide bla bla bla bla bla things to prove one rubbish missing in the box. I just threw these rubbish away. From that time, I rarely spent my money on COTD. 1-day.com.au is far more better.

I tried for each and the site died, when I got to SEE The deal, the items ran out... except the ps3. For some reason, I experienced no traffic and bought it in less than 3 minutes.

That said, I scored a Sony Bravia on the day (which was still available during the catchathon the day after).
Some of their practices are getting a little dodgy now that they're big time tho. :(
I tried to contact them after aircon installers told me they wouldn't do an install from a COTD product as the aircon company is not known in Australia. I immediately tried to cancel within a day of sale but was unable to reach them. I have sent an email and am hoping to get more info about warranty as the information has been taken off. This is now concerning me but I will certainly post a positive result if I am able to :) The install price is huge so I need the warranty.
Hey mate, this guy from CoTD is full of it. Your view counter is experiencing something almost EVERYONE's view counters go through. Once they hit around 300, there is some unofficial process where views are categorised or soemthing until you reach a sopecified amount of correct views, then it unfreezes. Just keep sharing it and it will eventually unfreeze. :)

I have been in contact with COTD and the one we will recieve is the NORMAL edition. This is DESPITE their previous advertising of the RARE edition and the descriptin on the day too was the RARE edition with the RARE RRP ($319 vs $249) listed. I don't know how,but I would like to get in touch with others and lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC if they do not right their wrong. it is obvious BAIT AND SWITCH advertising and thus, illegal. In terms of their usual bait ideas... they usually give out numbers and as such I am sure they will find themselves within the law. They also provided sufficient warning to consumers as they do most times. i never whinge about not getting anything on these special days, but now i did get something and they have switched products.
