Yes Alan is always nice to his guests. He's been making fun of the song a bit the last couple of xmas's (it *is* very silly!) but he really wanted to hear about the making of it and she seemed to take it all in good fun too.

@shoe478 How is it a happy ending when a busload of people are killed? I know it's just a story, but I hear this glurge all the time. Someone who missed bus thinks a god spared him while everyone else died. What about those other people? Did god hate all of them? Even the children among them? How simple minded can people be? Does the writer of this song imagine that everyone on that bus had angered god in some way, so it was okay that they all be killed, just as long as Daddy got home all right?
