This movie was only made to slap those big budget horror films that don't give the TRUE chilling feeling you should get when going to these types of movies nowadays. It's completely low budget and done VERY VERY well....and I realize I just said that when I myself HAVEN'T even seen this creepy thing!

I liked the progression of events in this movie. The first night nothing extreme really happens but as Micah and Katie keep talking about the demon and fighting, the more intense and frightening the nights became. And as I recall the paranormal expert in the movie tells them that demons feed on negative behavior and being focused on, so of course the demon got more aggressive as the movie went along. Personally that aspect was pure genius from a horror perspective.

@GreenQuasar i watched a special on the history channel on demons once so heres my diagnosis. They said that 3 am is the devils hour or it is a common time in history for some reason where the devils works are most active. The 3-4 am range is the most dangerous according to mythology, but I have absolutely no evidence as to why. However when I saw this movie I remembered that I knew about the 3-4 am thing before I saw it and it made since.

@MichRockHop81108 Thats right. I remember hearing something about that. It may have been in another movie. The Excorsism of Emily Rose. I thought that was just in the script. Then i looked it up saying thats the most dangerous time of night where demons and witches are at their worst. In mythology of course. I don't know if this is based on a real life event, but I for one think that there are things in this word that can't be explained
