My heater fan lights up an led cluster by wind power at around 500 rpm in 10km hr wind no air compressor needed. Dc motors, are not very efficiant. The three phase motors out off a floppy disc drive will produce the same power as your motor at around one tenth of the rpm (the motors are around half the size too)

generators that is older d.c types that where used in older cars could be used as d.c motors i know what i am talking about i used older generators as d.c motors myself d.c power can be obtained from car batteries in the case of modern car alternators they too could be used as motors but would recquire electronic circuitry to generate variable frequency or the alternator would have to be brought up to speed to be able to sync with 60cycle a,c in other words not simple

I can see a complete solution to all oue energy needs!

Just put one fan infront of the other, connect a battery to start the first fan, the air from it, runs the second, making power that is feed back to the battery!

once the unit it running at full speed (around 250,000RPM) you can disconect the battery and the unit will run itself !
