nice vid just finished this quest last night at lvl 53 combat... :DDDDD.... i found out that its better to let kamil mage u if ur a 1 def pure with high mage bc ur magic defense is 70% based upon ur mage lvl 30% def lvl and ur melee defence is 100% ur def lvl... after that i killed kamil with like 5 pieces of food and 25 spells :D

@DatBox yeah as far as i know you can. if you find that they updated it let me know and ill add it into the video. but im prety sure you still can

@stryk3rpwnz there are many strategies, i didnt brew. i brought a tele, runes, 2 super restores, spikey boots and food. if your worried your gonna run outa food then yeah u can use brews but make sure that your mage level doesnt get below the level you need to cast your spell because if you walk up to kamil and hit him with staff it messes up your blocking and he ice barrages as well as meles you which is dangerous.

Just saying, i did dt at 34 cb the other day, annd then blocked fareed for one of my friends. It does work again now, you just have to do it right. Maybe snare him first and then block. Thats what we did at least : )

@ultimadragon1 used snare/cannon/fireblast with trolls. and had a mate with 43 prayer walk me past wolves. and ty :)

Nice guide m8! i have finished dt my self at 45 combat :)! You should know that the fareed block works. So pures, its possible to block fareed! the same thing happened to me as to you, but i didnt die luckly, he just have to glitch so he cant go trough the other player :)! i finished dt that way!

@Norinatorify have him stand a step away while u get kamil trapped behind rock and then let him step next to the rock and get in position, then move over and he will be blocking.

Hey, i was doing desert treasrue(cb 40.) but kamil walked through my blocking friend, do you know why?

@Norinatorify did you ever walk through your friend while he was standing there? In order for him to be able to block kamil, you cant walk through him otherwise it makes kamil be able to walk through. To reset that, have your friend walk a space over and back to his blocking space so that kamil cannot walk through him again.
