Her bio appeared in the Transformers fanclub magazine. Her name is Red Alert.
On a side note, her body structure is supposed to be a reference to Armada Red Alert (in that they both replaced their left hands with surgical tools).

Honestly, making Red Alert (animated) a female and calling her an homage to Red Alert (armada) never made any sense to me, but her bio says that's her.

Well they threw in 2007 movie: Blackout so I'm guessing Animated is the melting pot of the Transformers universe. Next up Cheetor and Rat trap.... but we'll make Cheetor Female for S&G's
