No, I think this is a song about suicide- I've researched it a bit. At first I was confused, but what I've gathered from the song is basically...

"Your paradise is not for me" This could be her saying that the world we live in is not a Paradise for her, hence why she shouldn't be there.

"I've been so high, I've be..." etc This could be what her emotions are before the suicide, reasons why she wants to commit suicide etc

I could be wrong, but that's my interpretation :)
