No these home are not real. They are computer generated. Be careful. See with your own eyes before you invest in anything in the Philppines including lots for sale.

Are the houses in these photos/videos real? I mean, they look 90% real and 10% CG, but they look mostly real. Very nice. The kitchens are extremely tiny, but very nice.

The kitchen are very tiny even in large Phlippine homes. It seems the architects in the Philippines havnt got a clue how to design kitchens but overall the houses are ok.

Oh and ps, you can see these are CG images but Ive seen plenty of estates which look like this. Philippine construction companies do a very nice job of raw construction in concrete but they still need to learn a few things about kitchens and bathrooms
