The defendants by acknowledging there was sufficient evidence towards guilt pretty much destroyed the supporter efforts to dismiss the evidence. All these years of back & forth between "nons" & "supporters" arguing about if there was sufficient evidence only to have the 3 convicted admit there was.

These 3 have confessed their way right out of prison thanks to you supporters. You helped free 3 child killers. You must be very proud?

Not 1, not 2, but 3, count them, 3 people say that Baldwin cut the penis and balls off 8 year old Chris Byers. Hurst stated Echols told him Baldwin severed the boys penis then "dangled it around and laughed". Carson testified Baldwin confessed to him and said "he put the balls in his mouth and sucked the blood out of the penis" and Damien did the same. Miskelley confessed 3 times to the above, once with his lawyers present. You want to support the WM3? Ok. I support Chris, Mike and Stevie. RIP

West Mem police were under investigation for corruption and Driver was ARRESTED for corruption. One of their detectives was charged with molesting kids I forgot his name. Yet they convicted the 3 without any evidence ! !

pt 2 - they said there was so much blood they had to use a hose to clean it all. Cops went through the drive and didn't bother to collect the evidence. The 3 were RAILROADED I think is the term?!?

Hey pretty! You know what's even more pathetic about the whole bojangles incident? They actually did collect blood samples the next day .. off the wall. If you listen to ... Ridge I believe is his name ... you'll hear, during the original trial in PL, that blood evidence was LOST!  They could've had the connection to a true child murderer in hand and they LOST it. The fact that they know that they didn't catch a child murderer is sickening. IMO, they are just as guilty!

How many people have been locked up in prison while they were innocent in the last decade? My guess is a few hundred. Hasn't American justice still learnt it's lesson? This case is in fact so simple.. no DNA found on the bodies of the victims that linked the WM3 means they are innocent. But I suppose American justice is raped so they locked them up anyway without hard evidence.

With all the original evidence available to research, it's plain to see that the three men who are still suffering, just like the families who were denied true justice, had nothing to do with the tragedy that occured that night. Every day Damien Echols must wake up to the knowledge that his death may be scheduled for him at any time. He does not get to experience the most basic things in life that we take for granted. It's heart breaking.

The WM police dept. didn't properly investigate this crime at all. It is incomprehensible, for example, that the police woman who ignored the call to the Bojangles restaurant on the night of the murders, was not fired!!!

Was the gun that was found in the ditch the same gun that TH claimed was stolen? Did that man at Bojangles get shot in the arm because he saw TH while he was committing the crime? Why did TH have Stevie Branch's beloved pocket knife in his belongings years later?" Ask ?s!!!!

They are still in prison because they were convicted of being guilty. Now they are trying to find evidence to prove them innocent. It wasn't exactly easy to do back then, but they are finding a shitload of DNA evidence pointing to Terry Hobbs, father of one of the three boys killed. There are eye witnesses coming out saying they saw all three boys with him before the murders as well.

Other than the fact that politics can ruin anyone's life if it's convenient, why do you feel any one of the people involved in railroading these men would admit to such a pathetic excuse for law enforcement and justice? The original prosecutor is now a judge and running for supreme court. The original judge is running for senate. One of the other players for the state is now the district attorney I believe. It's all politics. And believe it or not, it happens all the time.
