Não, não é não!!! Basta manter a calma e ter firmeza na posição. No início os movimentos são meio "robóticos", mas a medida que você vai adquirindo experiência você vai encontrar o seu "equilíbrio" e os movimentos começam a ser mais naturais!!!

Quanto aos saltos, eles foram feitos em vários lugares do Brasil (Boituva, Resende, Rio de Janeiro e Saquarema e Itaparica).

I´m a surfer too but the waves in my spot aren´t as good! But I still surf at least twice a week!
