This would also explain why the rest of the saiyan race wasn't revived after they made a wish for everyone who was killed under frieza and his minions. Also you can't revive someone who died of natural causes like Bardock who is actually alive check out "episode of Bardock" it explains what happened to him and your bound to see a great surprise. =)

Bardock lived for the fight and every time he had a fight he got stronger so yes he would continue to grow in terms of power. He is a Sayian and would want to win in fights, so if anybody beat him he woud train until he was stronger. new p.
